Davis Kim

Hi, I’m Davis, a software engineer passionate about building systems that bridge hardware and software. I graduated from UC Riverside with a B.S. in Computer Science and work as a Software & Controls Engineer at Sorenson Engineering, where I build tools that connect PLCs, databases, and manufacturing equipment. Day to day, that means writing TwinCAT logic for hardware validation, building Django applications for recipe management, and figuring out how to make software that factory floor workers actually want to use. Before this, I spent time doing research on large-scale GitHub data and building embedded projects with ESP32s and FreeRTOS. I like working on problems where getting the details right actually matters.
